Economical Replacement for Mechanical Gauges The latest in solid state design, the PG-2000 and PG-5000 incorporate a semiconductor strain gauge pressure transducer as the sensing element, conditioned by hybrid electronics. The unit requires very low power consumption, resulting in a battery life of 2 years in typical use.
Applications No special tools or adapters are required for installation of the PG-2000 and PG-5000. This makes the units an easy and cost effective replacement for less accurate, standard mechanical dial gauges. The units' long life, ease of operation, high accuracy, and low cost make it perfect for all applications where standard 2-1/2 inch or larger mechanical gauges have been used.
