The instrument’s
built-in display and setpoint control eliminate the need for separate
power supply and readout electronics, necessary on most MFCs. A
straight, large diameter sensor tube prevents clogging and
contamination, and its stable, fast response valve provides precise
one-step control of critical gas flows. You simply set it and forget it.

configuration includes; 0-5 VDC and 4-20 mA linear output signals; 24
VDC input power; ¼ " female NPT inlet/outlet fittings; Viton®
“O” rings; 15 pin D-connector and mating connector; calibrated for
any flow range from 0 to 20 SCCM up to 50 SLPM equivalent nitrogen flow;
1.5% FS accuracy; maximum temperature 122 degrees F; maximum pressure
