Substitute a boom microphone and you’ve converted your noise dosimeter to a power integrating sound level meter. Simple and Accurate — The Data You Need At Your Fingertips With the press of a button, the DB-3060 provides all of the basic measurements you need to comply: • Displays real-time sound level (SPL) • Captures and displays the maximum sound level detected (Lmax) • Captures and displays the peak sound level detected (Lpk) • Calculates and displays average sound level (Lavg or Leq) • Calculates and displays average sound level projected over 8 hours (TWA) • Calculates and displays % of allowable dose incurred (Dose) • Calculates and displays % of allowable dose expected over 8 hours (Projected Dose) • Tracks and displays total time over 115 db
Easy Auto-Calibration Like all DB-3000 series monitors, the DB-3060 field calibration is fast and easy. These monitors already know what sound level the acoustical calibrator outputs. Instantly initiate calibration from the DB-3060 keypad with the calibrator attached and let the noise monitor do the rest. Any adjustments that are necessary are automatically determined and made by the monitor.

Metrosoft’s® tiling function enables you to perform on-screen, side-by-side comparisons of data. Zoom features allow enlarging plotted time history periods for more detailed examination of survey results at specific points in time.
