easures DC and AC current in two ranges from 0-200 and 0-2000 Amps and converts it to 1 mV/count for reading current on any multimeter or voltage recorder. Simply connect leads (terminated with banana plugs) into standard multimeter sockets, and switch multimeter to 200 mV or 2 volt range, then clamp onto wire or cable. Accurate to 2% up to 1200 Amps, 2.5% from 1201 to 2000 Amps. Includes “zero” adjust knob for optimizing accuracy and a LO BATT LED to indicate that the battery needs to be changed.
