Insulation Resistance Tester produces 10 kV test voltages to meet IEEE43-2000 Requirements
The new IEEE Standard 43-2000 entitled "IEEE recommended PRACTICE FOR testing Insulation Resistance of rotating Machines recommends using a 10 kV test voltage for motor windings rated greater than 12 kV." Additionally, the Polarization Index test is recommended.
Designed to perform these tests in the insulation testing of :
