The Pulser is an earth-ground cable fault-locating system capable of pinpointing high-resistance ground faults for such applications as telephone cables and buried service wires. The system consists of four basic elements: (1) a battery-powered (12V) pulse generator (2) a battery-powered (9V) receiver, (3) the “A” Frame to which the receiver attaches and (4) a compact carrying case housing the pulse generator, receiver, AC battery charger, 12-volt DC charger and ground stake.
