The Model 222-D Vibration Profiler/Analyzer is a sweeping frequency analyzer and X-Y recorder which provides accurate and permanent records of vibration amplitude versus frequency. Fully portable, it is ideal for field service as well as for in-plant maintenance and balancing.
It is both a quality-assurance and a preventive maintenance tool, which enables personnel to make on-the-spot analysis as well as permanent records for future comparisons.
The X-Y recorder accepts standard 8 1/2" × 11" calibrated paper. Use of transparent sheets permits instant |
comparison when they are used as overlays over previous charts.
Profiles can be used to establish base-line vibration data for future comparisons of equipment changes for trend analysis.
Use it for broadband vibration surveys, automatic or manual profile recording, vibraiton analysis and balancing of rotating machinery.
The instrument is housed in a rugged carry-on size carrying case and is complete with battery, integral charger and standard accessories. |
