DEscRIPTION
The Model 7000 Balancer is designed to provide fast precision balancing for small high volume production operations. Operators select programs, perform setup and calibration procedures, and run balancing operations with the touch of a finger on the flat panel, touch screen. Amounts and locations of unbalance for one or two correction planes with continuous 360¢ª, or segmented position indications, are displayed in both color graphic and digital readouts. The 7000 is programmable. Menus are accessed by touching on-screen program buttons. Coefficients and configurations are permanently stored in the non-volatile memory. Operators recall previous jobs without recalibration, and store new ones for future reference.

The dual scan, LCD, passive screen display provides bright, high resolution graphics and digital readouts. Screen brightness and contrast adjustments are easily accessed on the back of the monitor. Unbalance correction angles and weight amounts for single or two plane balancing may be viewed both vertically or horizontally on continuous 360¢ª or segmented planes. Digital readouts below each circle provide numerical position and amounts. Menu, program, and control buttons are located on the tool bar on the right hand side of the screen. Menus, programs and controls are differentiated by color coded buttons.
