These highly affordable Cure Zone¢â units are excellent entry-level systems
when making the transition to UV curing. With an 8¡± x 8¡± cure area, and
80mW/cm2 output at 365nm, each Cure Zone¢â is designed for applications involving
large assemblies or batch processing of smaller parts. Each Cure Zone¢â and
Cure Zone¢â 2 can be used in automated or manual operations. Cool UV input
ideal for heat-sensitive materials.
Such budget-conscious technology allows the user to either add the Cure
Zone¢â to an existing UV production facility as a lab unit, or experiment
with UV applications for the first time.
