| TSI’s Model 8321 VelociCalc Rotating Vane Anemometer measures air velocity and temperature. It is a compact, lightweight unit that allows for one-handed operation and easy transportation and storage. The large, 4-inch diameter vane head rotates 270 degrees to enable easy viewing of the large LCD screen, regardless of measuring head orientation. The Model 8321 automatically performs maximum, minimum and average velocity calculations.
The VelociCalc Rotating Vane Anemometer is ideal for use on large grille faces, fume hoods or other large openings. A sweep mode automatically averages velocity readings taken when the device is traversed manually across a large area. It also works well in turbulent air flows as the vane mechanically averages velocity fluctuations. |
