The Magnum Pro Calibration Pump is the most reliable, rugged pump for calibrations under 150 psi. Utilizing a "Schrader" valve, the Magnum totally eliminates vent valve failure. By eliminating needle valves and using Double O-rings, these pumps are leak free and virtually never need rebuilding. The thermal characteristics of the Delrin housing solve the problem of reading drift by eliminating heat transfer.
The unique hose and fittings simply push on to the unit, and a swivel keeps the hose from tangling. If the hose is damaged simply cut off the end and re-insert it into the fitting. Construction is so strong that the Magnum pumps can withstand repeated drops onto a concrete floor without damaging the unit.
A special, non-dispersing lubricant, makes the first stroke as easy as the rest, yet eliminates wear due to the grease migrating to the ends of the stroke. An optional hose kit is available eliminating the need for a "tee-fitting" when connecting a sensor and calibrator.
