MEGGER DCM300E Leakage Clampmeter
This model is designed primarily for the non-intrusive measurement of leakage current in situation that require the ability to measure down to the sub-milliampere level. It is clamped over ground rods or ground conductors to determine if there is leakage current going to ground. Resolution to 0.01 mA for recognition of minute leakage currents and analog barograph to assist in determining source. When RCDs or GFCIs are tripping regularly, the DCM300E can be used to quickly determine if the device itself is faulty (in which case it will require repair or replacement), or if excessive leakage current is actually causing the tripping (in which case the installation requires checking or up rating the device). The DCM300E autoranges to 300 A to double as standard clamp-on current meter. Hard to read measurements are no longer a problem with the “data hold switch” feature on the instrument.

MEGGER DCM-R Series Clampmeters
The DCM Clampmeters are ideal instruments for use in the installation, maintenance, monitoring or checking of electrical systems or equipment. Three models in this series are known as True RMS Clampmeters and provide a versatile and accurate solution to non-intrusive current measurements, both ac and dc. The DCM-R Series feature autoranging and auto-zeroing and measure ac, dc, pulse and mixed current, and include a diode test. The analog output of these instruments allows connection to recorders, loggers and oscilloscopes. Typical applications include commissioning and maintenance work, and routine testing or fault finding on electrical machinery, plant equipment, etc.
