GE Druck DPI 800/802
Pressure indicators and pressure loop calibrators
¡¡ |
|
|
|
The GE Druck DPI 800 pressure indicator is the ideal tool for
pressure test and measurement. The GE Druck DPI 802 pressure loop
calibrator provides simultaneous pressure and mA measurement for
transmitter and loop maintenance.
The GE Druck DPI 800 pressure indicator and DPI 802 pressure loop
calibrator are ideally suited to pressure test and monitor applications
where a simple pressure measurement is required. The DPI 800/802 is
designed for technicians that are in the field performing work such as
calibration and repair service or equipment installation and
maintenance, as well as technicians in a variety of manufacturing
environments. A DPI 800/802 used in conjunction with a pressure source
from the GE Druck range of hand pumps provides a simple and cost
effective calibrator for gages, indicators, and recorders. Whatever your
application, the Druck DPI 800/802 will suit your needs.
Pressure Test and Measurement: Druck DPI 800 Pressure Indicator
The Druck DPI 800 pressure indicator provides pressure test and
measurement. These pressure indicators have pressure ranges of 10" H20
to 10,0000 psi (25 mbar to 700 bar) including vacuum options. The DPI
800 can be relied on from year to year, even in tough environmental
conditions.
Other features of the DPI 800 pressure indicators include:
- Dual Sensor Configuration - Extended measurement range and
simultaneous two channel reading (P1 and P2 or P1 - P2)
- Stainless Steel Sensor Construction - Available for
compatability with a wide range of fluids and gases
- Programmable Leak Test - Reports the pressure drop and leak rate
Pressure Instrument and Loop Maintenance: DPI 802 Pressure Loop
Calibrator
The Druck DPI 802 pressure loop calibrator provides pressure and mA
measurement for transmitter / loop maintenance.
Other features of the DPI 802 pressure loop calibrator include:
- 24 Loop Power Supply - Energizes transmitters and control loops
- Automatic Switch Test - Captures open/closed trip values, which
provides a fast and highly accurate "safety system" check
- HART Resister - Can be switched into the loop when required by a
HART digital communicator and avoids the inconvenience of carrying a
250¥Ø resistor.
Applications for the DPI 800 Pressure Indicators and DPI 802
Pressure Loop Calibrators
- Pressure test and maintenance
- Transmitter calibration
- Loop set-up and diagnostics
- Switch verification
IDOS "Plug and Play" Port
Every DPI 800 in the series has an IDOS compatible port for
connecting remote IDOS (Intelligent Digital Output Sensor) measurement
modules. These include pressure sensors with ranges available from 1psi
to 10,000 psi. This feature provides users with a number of unique
advantages, for example, expanding the range of the DPI 800 Series
pressure indicator with remote measurement modules or providing a second
measurement channel for pressure-to-pressure applications. IDOS
measurement modules are interchangeable between any IDOS compatible
instruments without calibration or set-up. They are true "plug and play"
modules and the DPI 800 series is just the first in a range of IDOS
compatible products. |
