#1 Tuning Fork Level Switches Ideal for more challenging, light-to-medium coating or scaling type liquids including wastewater, light brine, slurry, and caustic solutions. Also use with non-hazardous, light-weight solids like grains or pellets. Includes 8-ft cable.
Ultrasonic Level Switches (shown) Work best with relatively clean, light coating or scaling liquids including treated water, printing ink, spent acid, solvents, and light-weight oils. Available in PP or Teflon¢ç PFA for increased chemical compatibility. Two sensor length options increase installation flexibility. Includes 8-ft cable.
#2 Non-Intrusive RF Capacitance Level Switch
If you are concerned about your liquid¡¯s purity, this non-intrusive level switch is the solution. Sensor mounts on the outside of your non metallic tank—never touches your liquid. Use with clean, non-coating, non-scaling, and conductive liquids. NEMA 4X, polysulfone sensor enclosure is ideal for industrial environments.
Float Level Switches (not shown) Are best for clean, non-coating, non-scaling liquids. Choose either vertical or horizontal mounting to fit your application. Your liquid must have a specific gravity of 0.8 or greater. Includes 2-ft cable.
#3 Buoyancy Level Switches Are best for clean, non-coating or non-scaling type liquids including process water, acid, and chemical solutions. Baffled body design reduces switch chatter caused by agitation. Choose from PP or PVDF wetted materials for compatibility with your liquid. Your liquid must have a specific gravity of 0.8 or greater. Includes 8-ft cable.
#4 SuperGuard¢â RF Capacitance Level Switch Is the perfect switch for conductive, light-to-medium coating, or scaling liquids like soap solutions, printing ink, and wastewater. Polypropylene construction is ideal for corrosive environments. Includes 8-ft cable. |
