Tuning Fork Sensors
Are best for more challenging, light to medium coating or scaling type liquids including wastewater, light brine, slurry, and caustic solutions.
Ultrasonic Sensors
Are best for relatively clean, light coating or scaling type liquids including treated water, printing ink, spent acid, solvent and light-weight oils. Available in PP, or Teflon¢â PFA for increased chemical compatibility.
Buoyancy Sensors
Are best for clean, non-coating or scaling type liquids including process water, acid, and chemical solutions.
These versatile Switch Pro¢â switches allow you to interface with a control device like a PLC, or connect directly to a pump or other equipment. Choose from three sensor technologies depending on your liquid. mount switches through the side of your tank—mount high to prevent spills, or low to protect your pump from running dry.
Switch Pro¢â with compact junction box is ideal for interfacing with remote devices such as a PLC, SCADA, or alarm. For hazardous areas, select the ultrasonic sensor with the intrinsically safe output that switches between 4 or 20 mA.
Switch Pro¢â with relay controller provides built-in SPDT relay for controlling pumps, valves, or alarms. LEDs give a visual indication of power and relay status. A relay time delay (0 to 60 sec) eliminates relay chatter.
Tech Tip
The fail-safe relay controller features a 10 amp relay with an adjustable time delay, LED indicators and invert switch for simple NO or NC operation. The rugged NEMA 4X enclosure is made of fire retardant polypropylene with a 300¡Æ rotational base. |
