- Digitally programmable set-point eliminates test voltage overshoot as found with meter relay type voltage control
- Memory feature included in output voltmeter to record breakdown voltage. Reset switch clears unit after failure occurs
- Single-ended high voltage transformer develops 0-60 kV AC with respect to ground potential
