      | This new line of    
        conditioners provides features never before found in traditional signal    
        conditioners. This series has greater input, output accuracy and    
        stability than most signal conditioners on the market today. Another    
        unique capability is a ìSmart Powerî feature that reduces    
        the input power requirements during periods of light loading. In    
        addition, they provides the user with the capability to view sensor data    
        directly over your companyís intranet with a standard web    
        browser. Just imagine, they will allow you to view configuration,    
        maintenance and process information through a remote web browser.    
        Further, the modules are capable of generating e-mail messages,    
        triggered when process variables or maintenance based performance    
        parameters exceed or fall below pre-set levels. Web  
        communications interfaceEach interface module is capable of supporting 32 I/O modules. The    
        controller contains, a web page server and an e-mail server as well as    
        being the interface to an Ethernet network. All memory to support the    
        signal conditioners historical data, storage of the web pages and all    
        e-mail messages is contained on the Communications Interface, and is    
        battery backed-up.
 The Communications Interface actually downloads a JAVA applet to the    
        clientís computer. The applet provides access to the signal    
        conditioner's data. The information available includes the following:
 • Module configuration summary • Module configuration    
        editing • Diagnostic/warning status • Alarm setup &    
        status • E-mail setup, editing & address book • Process    
        variable viewing
 This Series is still the answer if you do not currently need or think    
        you will ever need web access to your data. These signal conditioners    
        are stand-alone signal conditioners that do not need the Ethernet    
        connection in order to be configured and maintained. They are configured    
        via DIP-switches and push-button calibration just like the other series.    
        If the need for web access arrives, which is inevitable in today's lean    
        enterprise environments, simply mount the Communications Interface next    
        to a group of up to 32 of these signal conditioners, connect it to the    
        Ethernet, and you are up and running.
