Tack cloth wipers are fabric wipers that have been treated with resins which
pick-up and hold particulate matter. While tack cloth is an effective, safe,
convenient, and easy to use wiping tool, the traditional tack cloth uses
a resin that is easily transferred to the surface being wiped. This transferred
tack has the potential to interfere with further processing.
Featuring a revolutionary adhesive system, CONTACKTM Wiper Cloth eliminates
this problem. With a new, very light, precision-coated tack resin and a
unique apertured structure, CONTACKTM picks up and holds tremendous amounts
of particulate matter under very slight pressure. When significant pressure
is applied, CONTACKTM will not transfer adhesive to the surface being wiped.
This makes CONTACKTM a perfect wiper for cleaning films and plates, and
for other jobs requiring effective particle removal. |
