The UV-10 Conveyorized Curing System meets the needs of today's duplicators and laboratories by delivering state-of-the-art curing technology at a fraction of the cost of competitive systems.

Designed to produce 1600W of curing power economically and within a fully encased system, the UV-10 incorporates a complete power supply and a 10" Lighthouse irradiator to deliver the maximum level of cure energy from a standard 110V outlet.

As traditional elliptical reflectors diminish output efficiency by failing to fully focus lamp energy and by reflecting light behind the irradiator directly back into the lamp, the Lighthouse's innovative 3/4 elliptical reflector (patent-pending) effectively redirects trapped light directly onto the substrate. As a result, the Lighthouse produces cure results comparable to standard 200W/in systems...a remarkable 20% increase!

The Lighthouse utilizes an irradiator positioning system that allows the operator to adjust lamp holders to handle different diameter lamps or to effectively adjust focused cure energy. The Lighthouse irradiator can accept different arc lengths with minimal field modification when higher intensity curing power is required. By reducing the size of the lamp, energy usage is more concentrated, thus producing a higher intensity exposure.

The multi-part reflector allows the lamp to operate at the desired temperature without excessive heat build-up within the housing. This highly reflective material can also be easily replaced without the need to replace the entire housing itself.

The UV-10 conveyor features a variable speed DC drive with maximum belt speed of 100 ft/minute, nearly doubling the standard speed of most duplicator presses. Featuring a heat-resistant mesh belt to withstand heat build-up and degradation, the UV-10 conveyor also features speed and belt tension/tracking adjustment, plus belt height adjustment from 24" to 48" for meeting in-line demands of individual production lines.

Sturdy, lightweight frame with 4-leg conveyor leveling allows the UV-10 to be used anywhere in the shop or lab. Utilizes maintenance-free gear belts, gear motor and bearings for minimal downtime. Compact size fits into confined work environments. Requires only two 110V outlets to deliver complete performance requirements.
