laser scribing machine: Adopting semiconductor pump laser or solid state laser.
the direction of laser point is fixed, the
worktable take with the solar panel, and move with the laser point relatively to
finish the scribing work, the special X-Y axis worktable for
scribing, servo-motor for driving, ball screw mandrel and track for
transmission. By the proprietary control software for easily edit and
revision of scribing path, adopting dividing-laser
system to finish the laser output of two path synchronously.
